About DOCEO Learning Management System

DOCEO from Latin translates to  "I Teach". Together with BD Food Safety Consultants LLC we developed DOCEO LMS to teach and help food manufacturing industry. LMS with pre-loaded food safety modules is an alternative to “pen and paper” training. The objective is to deliver interactive courses that meet the requirements for workforce education required by regulations and 3rd party audits and to provide companies with “audit ready” digital training records. Learning Management System comes with pre-loaded content and allows businesses to use their own materials ranging from videos to power point presentations, pdf files to simple word documents. You can use DOCEO LMS for individual training or group sessions without the need for additional equipment such as remote controls or receivers. DOCEO - Adult Learning made easy! 

The content of the courses was developed by BD Food Safety Consultants by using several teaching theories when identifying instructional approach in adult learning. The goal is to motivate employees and measurably increase their knowledge in areas pertaining to food safety, such as FSMA and HACCP overview, Food Defense, Allergen Management, GMPs and others. Each training course lasts approximately 8 minutes and has a built-in verification quiz. LMS content of training modules is in compliance with requirements for employee food safety / food hygiene training as outlined in Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation, HACCP regulation and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements. Pre-loaded content is available in English and Spanish. Learning Management System allows for uploading company specific training content. 

When it comes to employee food safety training, business owners have a responsibility to ensure all members of their workforce are knowledgeable about food safety. System allows for documenting both of these types of verification. Learning Management System allows for a number of training presentations or videos to be uploaded and used for job specific training. The number of additional uploads will depend on the license purchased by the company. In addition, LMS Administrator will be able to verify training effectiveness either by a quiz or direct observation.
